Terms for using Studio87’s publishing tools and services.
About Studio87 and these terms
Studio87 is a motorsports media and software brand operated by an individual. It is not an LLC, corporation, or separate legal entity. References to Studio87 in these terms mean its individual operator. By using Studio87’s tools, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
The tools support publishing race highlights, driver interviews, and related promotional content for multiple speedways. Only connect Facebook Pages and YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage. Granting access to one destination does not grant access to another.
You are responsible for choosing the correct publishing destination, reviewing content and settings, and ensuring that instructions given to Studio87 are authorized. Keep your accounts secure and notify the operator if you believe a connection has been misused.
Your content
You retain your rights to content you provide. You give Studio87 permission to process, upload, and publish that content only as needed to carry out your authorized instructions and provide the requested service. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for footage, music, images, interviews, trademarks, and other materials you submit.
Do not use the tools to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, send spam, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with a platform or another user.
Platform terms
Studio87 uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Facebook also remains subject to the Facebook Terms of Service and applicable platform policies.
Studio87 is independent of Meta, Facebook, Google, and YouTube. API access does not imply their sponsorship or endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
Tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or successful publication. Platform changes, permission changes, outages, or limits may delay or prevent uploads. Check publishing results and keep copies of your original media.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio87 disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using the tools and revoke permissions at any time. Studio87 may suspend or discontinue access if needed to address misuse, security concerns, or platform requirements. See the Data Deletion Instructions for revocation and deletion options. Previously published content remains on its platform until removed there.
Changes and questions
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to affected users before they take effect. Contact the operator with questions about these terms.
